Right of cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you ,other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should notify us, Etips srl, Loc. La Barca snc, 55027 Gallicano (LU) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the cancellation form in your order area, but it is not compulsory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without any delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied. We will ensure they are in good condition and we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used in the purchase, unless agreed otherwise. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products(s) while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to deduct the costs of any deterioration from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, (due for example to your having used the Product(s)).
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Faulty products

In case you received a damaged or faulty product, you should contact us as soon as possible, sending us an email to info@poppinsbags.com, describing the defect and adding a picture. We will contact you back to organise the collection of the fautly goods, and we will then proceed with the refund or the substitution of the goods within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.
We willl pay the return costs, you will only be responsible to pack properly the item to be returned, so it cannot be ruined during transport to our premises. We won't exchange or refund, products that show different defects other than the declared ones in your return request email. You should send the goods withing 7 days from the return authorisation. We won't exchange or refund used or worn product(s), in that case we will proceed to the reparation under warranty.
