EFFECT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you decide to withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded the payment you made to us, excluding return costs, within no later than 30 days from the day the returned goods are received. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Before issuing the refund, we reserve the right to verify the condition of the returned item, which must be complete with tags and must not have been used or worn.
RIGHT OF RETURN
In the event that the need for return is due to defects or faults in the received product, the return costs are at our expense, but it is your responsibility to properly package the product so that it does not suffer damage during transport to our warehouse. Products with additional damages will not be replaced. Products showing incorrect usage will not be replaced or refunded. Products damaged while worn by the Customer will not be replaced.
