Right of cancellation

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day you physically acquire the goods (the day your order is delivered).

EFFECT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you decide to withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded the payment you made to us, except for the costs incurred for cash on delivery payment, within 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. Before issuing the refund, we reserve the right to check the condition of the returned item, which must be complete with tags and not used or worn.

RIGHT OF RETURN

In the event that the need for return is due to defects or faults in the received product, the return costs are at our expense, but it is your responsibility to properly package the product so that it does not suffer damage during transport to our warehouse. Products with additional damages will not be replaced. Products showing incorrect usage will not be replaced or refunded. Products damaged while worn by the Customer will not be replaced.
