COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase process and click on "Authorize payment". Subsequently, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. All orders will be subject to our approval of which you will be informed by sending a confirmation email that the order is being shipped. The order details will be summarized in the downloadable electronic receipt after completing the payment and completing all the mandatory fields. The contract for the purchase of a product between us and you will only be concluded when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.

DELIVERY

We undertake to do everything in our power to send the order of the product(s) indicated in the relevant Shipping Confirmation by the date indicated in such Shipping Confirmation. However, delays may occur for various reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery area.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Price

The price of the products will be as indicated from time to time on our website, except where there is an obvious error. The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs and cash on delivery costs, which are to be added to the total amount to be paid. Prices may change at any time; however (except where previously established) possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation. Once you have selected the items you intend to purchase, these items will be added to your cart and the next step will involve completing the order and paying. To this end, you must follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying the information requested at each step of the purchase process, requesting the issuance of an invoice, if desired. You can change the details of your order at any time during the purchase process BEFORE payment. Furthermore, if you are a registered user, a list of all your orders will be available in the “My Account” section.

Payment

You can make your payment using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and Scalapay.

The bank transfer must be made WITHIN 2/3 WORKING DAYS FOLLOWING THE ORDER, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Regarding purchases via CASH ON DELIVERY, we reserve the right to obtain further confirmation of this payment method in order to proceed with the shipment. Until we have received this confirmation we will not be able to proceed with processing the order. If you buy with SCALAPAY you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.

RETURN POLICY

In the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Buyer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the Consumer Buyer within 14 days of receiving the product.
